Phase Four
Development of permit drawings and documents ready for building permit submission will be completed and assembled ready to be submitted. During this phase, the services of professional consultants will need to be engaged. SENERGY360 HOMES™ will coordinate any additional consultants required to prepare documents .i.e.; structural engineer, electrical engineer, mechanical engineer, civil engineer, surveyor, landscape architect, etc.
In addition, SENERGY360 HOMES™ will help GC seek competitive bids/fees. It should also be noted that during the permit review process, local municipalities may require special inspections and testing. The GC may have to adjust any necessary budget fees that may be required from governing building officials.
