Schematic Designs

Phase Two

In this phase, we charge a fixed fee for plans.  SENERGY360 HOMES™ Schematic Design starts with drawings identifying the relationship between rooms and spaces. It will also identify building elevations, and SENERGY360 HOMES™ approved material finishes. It is during this phase we review/assess the building lot, building envelope using local zoning ordinances and codes and position the home on the property to take advantage of views and exposure.

 

From here, we prepare a sequence of schematic design drawings (site plan, elevation sketches, and character renderings) to illustrate the scale and relationship of program components. The drawings will begin to evolve into more detailed designs showing sizes and the relationship of space(s). SENERGY360 HOMES™ will engage experts to review construction methodologies and biometry of design and space. With the client’s input, renderings will be refined during this stage.
